I would definitely stay here again because all staff were polite friendly professional I felt welcomed and whenever I needed to ask a question they always had a smile on their face and was happy to answer my questions I check for bed bugs and how clean the beds are because we travel a lot due to my girlfriends cousin being a rapper and I was impressed no bed bugs white sparkly clean bed sheets I was overly satisfied with that the way you offer Natural soap in the shower and made it short friendly plus plus plus the rooms are big a lot of space the gym pool ironing board bbq grill vanity mirror and chair I was so impressed if you could fix those 2 small things I would give you a perfect score and let me just say the waffle process DONT ever get rid of it that was one of my absolute favorite things and the juice and coffee stations I loved it oatmeal and muffins were so yummy the girl that checked us in she needs a raise she was awesome and so amazing she shocked me with how helpful and nice she was to us because you can’t find people like her at any other hotel because they are usually not nice and I’m sorry I can’t remember her name because I’m bad with names but you can check the date and time and know exactly who I’m talking about DONT ever let her go she is what helps your hotel she helps the customers to keep coming back because I will definitely come back because of her so wonderful she is truly 🤗 ❤️❤️🤗

Indio is always our stop from LAX to AZ for one night. This was our first stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites and we are thrilled.. the check in was quick and efficient, the hotel very clean, the rooms modern, the bathrooms very clean and specious. everything worked perfectly, the bed was so comfortable and the hotel is very quiet-no noise from outside and not from other hotel guests. The breakfast was American standard but good, even the coffee was tasteful. ;) We will definitely make this hotel our first choice on our next trips eastbound!!

This was a last-minute stop for me because of a problem with a rental car while driving through the area, and I arrived incredibly tired and stressed. The front desk staff was so welcoming and so helpful, and I really needed that after dealing with the far less helpful rental car customer service people. She was still on duty when I left in the morning and was also friendly and helpful even though she had clearly worked a very long shift. If I ever need to stay in this area again, I will absolutely look at this property first!
